If so, Plumbing Trade Supplies are looking to recruit a Contract Administrator to work out of our Leeds office. This Hybrid role will allow you to work within our Estimating team and support the customers and colleagues with your expert pricing and technical knowledge (don’t worry we teach this bit).

The Role:
Office Hours - 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Two days in the office, three days at home. Although you can be in the office full time if you choose. The choice is completely yours

One of the areas we’re looking to recruit for is a Contracts Administrator to support our Estimating team by assisting with the processing of incoming enquiries, creation and maintenance of contracts on our operating system, and communicating with customers and manufacturers.
Areas of focus include:
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- An outstanding level of customer service when you communicate with our customers and manufacturers.- Work regularly with spreadsheets and databases ensuring processes are maintained and reviewed in line with business requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with our branches, suppliers and customers.
- Prioritise workloads to achieve deadlines inline with set timescales.

This is a hybrid-based opportunity with true flexibility to work from home, but you should be within commutable distance of our office in Leeds. The office hours are 8 am - 5pm Monday to Friday - we imagine you’ll be in the office 2 days a week with 3 days spent at home.
This means you could be based in Barnsley, Batley, Bradford, Castleford, Dewsbury, Headingley,
Holbeck, Horbury, Huddersfield, Leeds, Middlestown, Morley, Normanton, Oakwood, Pontefract
Rothwell as well as Leeds itself.
You:
You’ll live and breathe our Customer First ethos, with an innovative and proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with the wider Estimating team and you’ll thrive on delivering excellent support to customers and manufacturers.
Required skills and competencies:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service environment.
- Clear communication and able to work with various stakeholders.
- Computer literate and able to use Excel / Google Sheets.
- Some knowledge of Plumbing and Heating industry would be beneficial, but by no means essential.
It is highly likely you will had an interest to work within any of the following roles and/or markets: Buying, Category, Commercial, Construction, Contract Administrator, Contracts, Customer Service, Estimating, FMCG, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Negotiation, Plumbing & Heating, Procurement, Procurement, Retail.
