PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Senior EVIP serves as the navigator and owner of the Assignment process for his/her international assignees at VIP level and provides support to the Client Services Manager. Responsibilities will include administration of client’s mobility policy/program and logístical support where required.**UNDERPINNING ATTITUDINAL REQUISITES**:
This role operates at a professional level, and as such requires the holder to be able to think laterally and be highly flexible. Job satisfaction will be a key motivational driver for a successful Consultant. Working within a pressurised environment, the ability to manage perceived stresses of the role will be vitally important. Whilst a number of underpinning processes are apparent there will regularly be the need to work independent of these and demonstrate the ability to think creatively outside of the norm.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide single point of coordination (SPOC) for all phases of international assignment activities on behalf of client as outlined in contractual agreement.
- Manage enhanced communication by suppliers for VIP population
- Work directly with spouse/partner and assistant as required and ensure VIP is updated as necessary
- Work directly with third party suppliers, minimizing direct communication with the VIP individual
- Manage a reduced IAC caseload as appropriate
- Lead team by modeling exceptional IAC competencies, customer service and driving excellent service
- Demonstrate superior knowledge of Cartus products and services in all interactions with client, customer and team
- Compile, analyze and interpret data and/or coordinate the compilation of data from internal Cartus departments to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of client reporting
- Participate in client meetings as needed
- Proactively identify cross selling opportunities of Cartus products and services to assigned clients to generate increased revenue
- Maintain and enhance relationships with Cartus internal departments and external suppliers/partners in regards to meeting and exceeding client needs
- Maintain all pertinent records and ad hoc reports for management review and decision making
- Support client relationships through consultative, interactive problem solving and client visitation
- Support, training & coaching of IAC team members
- Capable of leading a team in the CSMs absence

QUALIFICATIONS/SELECTION CRITERIA:

- 5 GCSE’s A-C Grade
- 12 month tenure minimum as an IAC is required for this role
- Strong, demonstrated, well-developed customer service skills
- Expatriate/assignment compensation administration and tax experience a plus
- Demonstrated analytical and process skills are a minimum requirement
- High level of accuracy and process orientation required
- Proven experience at project management and portfolio management required
- Bilingual and/or personal/professional expatriate experience a plus
