Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading independent artisan chocolate business and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Store Manager to join their team. Based in the centre of Horsham on the Carfax. Easy to travel to via public transport.

**Working hours**:
0830 to 1730 - 9 hours, 5 days in 7

To work within a store with a busy café alongside the chocolate shop

**Package**
- £25,000+ depending on experience.
- 28 days holiday
- Staff discount on all the products

Are you an energetic people person with extensive supervisory experience who would relish the opportunity to join a multi award-winning, dynamic independent chocolate business?

A leading artisan chocolate company is looking for a new Manager for its Chocolate House in Horsham. Established in Dorset in 2002, they are renowned for their fine fresh chocolates, gelato & brownies and strong ethical principles, including their sourcingpolicies and use of plastic-free packaging.

The Chocolate Houses, in various locations offer customers a unique sensory chocolate experience by being both a shop, selling handcrafted fine chocolates, and a café serving a range of single origin hot chocolates, coffee, gelato, plus both sweet & savourybakery items for treats and light lunches.

Our Horsham Chocolate House is also one of the town's favourite independent food & drink businesses, winning local awards as voted for by customers.

We are looking for a full time Store Manager who is passionate about giving fantastic customer service, loves people, hospitality & retail, has an eye for detail, is a team player and can hit the ground running.

You will have a team of up 10 direct reports and you must have good leadership and managerial skills, coupled with lead by example and be hands on.

You will ideally have supervisory experience within retail or hospitality of managing & motivating people, meeting targets, training, stock control and banking.

You will be computer literate.

You will also have hospitality experience, as our Chocolate House includes both retail & cafe elements.

We are looking for someone who can join us as soon as possible. As well as training, the benefits package includes a competitive salary, based on experience, performance bonus & staff discounts.
