**What you will do**:
As HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for leading and driving the HSE&S initiatives to ensure that our operations comply with all regulatory requirements, company policies & standards, and RCMS requirements. Your expertise will be pivotal in preventing financial losses caused by incidents and maintaining our community's trust in our operations. You'll work closely with all managers and co-workers, providing expert advice and support on HS&E issues and improvements. Your external contacts will include authorities, fire brigade, HS&E consultancy, neighbouring sites, and the chemical industry.

**Skills That Make the Difference**:

- Bachelor’s degree in science, Chemistry, or Equivalent Experience in related fields.
- Additional degrees in Safety and Environmental Management, showcasing your commitment to HSE excellence are desirable.
- Good knowledge of HS&E regulations and a solid technical background with an understanding of relevant processes.

Pay: £46,000.00-£64,000.00 per year
