A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Clinical Quality and Nursing Team

The post holder will be responsible for providing and co-ordinating administrative and secretarial services for the acute provider work stream.

You will be encouraged to bring creativity to the role and in return you will be given the opportunity to develop your administration and co-ordination skills within a highly motivated, professional and friendly team.

This post is mainly based at Cardinal Square, Derby with a requirement to travel independently across the county and occasionally beyond.

The ICB currently operate a hybrid working arrangement.

NHS Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is the health statutory body for the Derby City and Derbyshire population. ICSs are partnerships of health and care organisations that come together to plan and deliver joined-up services and to improve the health of people who live and work in their area.

Serving a total population of 1,053,000 with a budget of over £1.6 billion the ICB has a staff base of approximately 500 people.

**The role will include tasks such as**: meeting preparation, ie diary planning, preparation of agendas and minute taking; supporting the team with the management of projects; gathering information and undertaking enquiries; providing general support to the team; setting up and maintaining filing systems and liaising with internal and external peoples of all levels.

You should have good interpersonal and computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.

You will be required to work as part of a team as well as being able to use your initiative and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.
