We are currently seeking an Exam Invigilator based in Hounslow. An amazing opportunity to work for a co-educational Catholic secondary school and sixth form with academy status, aged 11-18.

As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and fair conduct of examinations. This is a temporary position during examination periods, with opportunities for recurring assignments based on performance and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up examination rooms according to provided instructions.
- Distribute and collect examination papers and materials.
- Maintain exam security and uphold integrity standards.
- Enforce exam regulations and guidelines.
- Handle any unexpected situations or disruptions calmly and professionally.
- Report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate authorities.
- Assist with post-examination procedures as required.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is advantageous but not essential for this role.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain confidentiality.
