As a Global Learning Academy (GLA) Operations Delivery Coordinator, you will be the face of the GLA- providing a world class customer experience & learning support for all GLA Trainers, Customers and Guests.

We are searching for engaging & approachable individuals who will provide a seamless, knowledgeable and consistent experience across all learning areas within the GLA by supporting and coordinating all operational delivery functions to enable a smooth customer focused learning operation.

The role:

Global Learning Academy Operations Delivery Coordinator

The role requires you to operate in a highly regulated environment and deliver compliant invigilation across all learning areas including pre/post exam activity - remaining compliant with CAA/EASA Regulations. You must have excellent attention to detail, be a clear and articulate communicator and be able to make decisions and think of innovative solutions.

Your experience:

  • Customer service experience (essential)
  • IT literate and able to learn all appropriate systems (essential)
  • Able to follow and understand processes with excellent attention to detail (essential)
  • Operational experience (desired)
  • Experience in analysing data ( desired)
  • Experience of working in regulated environments (desired)
  • Understanding of GDPR compliance

This is a fast paced, exciting, dynamic role with many opportunities to learn and develop - working closely with our GLA Operations Duty Managers, you will create an experience & be an advocate of the GLA.
