This will include using emerging technologies and the most cutting-edge learning methodologies to ensure all learning opportunities, so we will encourage you to explore the most interesting paths.

You will also champion a coaching and mentoring culture in which more experienced colleagues are keen to share expertise and develop a pipeline of future talent. Key to this will be your determination to work with our senior management team to develop leadership development pathways, and you will have the gravitas to get the right people on board in order to bring your most innovative ideas to fruition. In doing so, you will contribute to the organisational growth and success of an ambitious local authority who are unashamedly striving for excellence in all that we do.

With the ability to use metrics to measure the success of your initiatives, you will be an analytical individual who has a deep knowledge of learning methodologies, performance consulting and all other facets of employee learning. You will therefore have around 10 years of experience in learning and development or organisational development, and you will have a track record in devising the strategic approach needed to help an organisation succeed in their goals.
