Flogas head office is based in Drogheda, Louth and over the past number of years, we acquired two more businesses - Budget Energy, based in Derry and Flogas Enterprise, based in Dublin. **About the role**:
We are currently looking for highly motivated and passionate Billing Support Agents to join us on a permanent & contract basis to provide back-up assistance to a busy, dynamic and growing department, helping to service our expanding business and customer base.
**Main areas of responsibility**:
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer interaction, ensuring billing queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Ensure the accurate processing of all issues relating to Billing enquiries
- Manage instances of customer dissatisfaction in line with codes of practice
- Actively help and assist customers experiencing financial difficulties and provide signposting and support when applicable
- Carry out administrative duties as directed in managing key process areas within the customer journey (generate and review bills, account reviews, Direct Debit processing)
- Ensures efficient flow of information between all key teams on the customer facing side of the business
- To be aware of and comply with all company policies and procedures, and those pertinent to the supply of Electricity in both jurisdictions of Ireland
energy, telecoms or financial services. Strong experience in customer service/ billing or credit control is essential.
This person must possess a professional phone manner and want their work to have a positive impact. They will have excellent communication skills
with a strong customer focus in their work, and will require Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
