We are currently seeking a Front of House Member to join our team at our exciting new Indian restaurant in the heart of Ashton-U-Lyne, Moksha. Moksha is a new Indo-Chinese restaurant opening in the heart of Ashton-U-Lyne. Combining traditional Indian cuisine with exciting Chinese flavours, accompanied by delectable cocktails and luxurious wines, Moksha is a unique dining experience you won’t want to miss.

We are looking for both servers and runners, which daily duties involve the following:

- Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell where appropriate.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Uphold food safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry is advantageous, but not necessary as training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with culinary terms and menu items.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
