About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Delivery Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for efficiently processing stock to ensure it is available to customers as quickly as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process stock quickly and to the highest standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away.
  • Ensure all stock is presented in a visually appealing manner and placed on the sales floor or in the stockroom correctly.
  • Maintain operational areas of the store in a clean, tidy, and organized state.
  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers from both the back and front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate who is a great communicator, friendly, calm, and efficient, even in busy situations. You should be accurate, thorough, and well-organized, with excellent attention to detail. You will take pride in your work and approach tasks with energy, pace, and enthusiasm. You should be happy to work independently and keep yourself busy, and be flexible, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile for your team and customers.
