We are looking to appoint a reliable, organised, passionate and enthusiastic person to join our Child & Young People (CYP) Services as an Apprentice Administrator. The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week and will be based in our Grantham CAMHS Core team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a valuable Business Admin qualification while developing your customer service and admin skills alongside an experienced and supportive team.

You will be a key member of a friendly service and will learn all aspectives in providing an efficient admin service to the clinical staff across CYP Services. It is a busy office therefore it is essential to possess strong communication and organisational skills as you will be dealing with a wide range of enquiries in a welcoming yet professional and sensitive manner ensuring confidentiality at all times. It is also important to be I.T literate.

To work as a helpful and supportive colleague to other members of the team.
- To Undertake all aspects of administration and general housekeeping tasks including but not limited to the following:

- Inputting and retrieving information from electronic systems ensuring a high level of accuracy
- Reception work, including answering the telephone, adding initial enquiries in a helpful, courteous manner and where necessary escalate to an appropriate colleague promptly
- Support to meetings by arranging meetings, confirming room bookings, organising refreshments setting up equipment and learning to undertake note taking
- Production or updating of basic documents using a variety of Microsoft Office packages - filing both manually and electronically
- Maintaining Team pages and sites on Microsoft Sharepoint system
- To assist with carrying out housekeeping checks for reporting purposes - data compliance
- Undertake mandatory training and any other training to support the role

Maintaining the Team’s pages and sites on Microsoft SharePoint system.

To assist with carrying out regular progress chasing activities (reminders etc.) in particular for projects and compliance issue.

Undertaking mandatory training when required.

Working within the Trust policies/procedures.

Supporting the Trust’s vision to become paperless and encourage manager to ther same.
