**About us**

Planning Solutions Limited manages visitor attractions including Cotswold Country Park and Beach (CCPB). CCPB has the largest inland sandy beach, beautiful lagoon and a variety of activities including water sports, AquaVenture inflatable course, mini golf and family pedal go-karts. There are a range of food outlets, including private BBQ area, and a retail outlet. Our aim in to ensure every visitor creates fun filled memories in a safe environment. We need a great team of people to make that happen.

- In a kind and helpful manner respond to all guest enquiries in line with company procedures
- Organise and manage group bookings to ensure the smooth running of the event and effectively communicate this with the wider team
- Liaise with the catering and activities team to co-ordinate bookings
- Adhere to the company’s financial procedures including raising and producing sales invoices and placing change orders
- Ensure any purchase orders are raised in line with company procedures
- Respond quickly to sales enquiries with formal quotations in a professional manner, following company procedures
- Communicate with Heads of Departments to ensure departments are staffed in line with visitor numbers
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Manage and organise files, documents, and records in line with company procedures
- Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate databases
- Provide general administrative support to staff members

- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficient IT skills and experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers

This is a fixed term position until 30 September 2024

Ideal hours would be 20 - 25 per week, 1pm until 5pm however hours and times can be agreed at interview

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour
