Our organisation is growing and we are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Tier Two Advice Service and are seeking to recruit a Trainee Generalist Adviser, if you: - Have at least 6 months experience of giving information/guidance to clients either in the public/charity sector or a regulated environment such as banking/insurance. - Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Are able to work flexibly as part of a team We can offer comprehensive training and support to enable you to achieve competence as a Generalist Adviser within 6-12 months. Once trained, the successful applicant will be working across a range of services including: Help to Claim (National Service) and City-Wide Advice Service.
