We have exciting opportunities for you to join our team as a Trainee Money Adviser on a new innovative project. You will join our existing team of experienced Caseworkers who will deliver the service in collaboration with 8 other local Citizens Advice around the country, working together as one contact centre to help almost 200,000 people per year. This is an excellent chance for Trainee Money Advisers to receive comprehensive training to develop their career in the advice sector.
Successful applicants will have at least 6 months experience of delivering excellent customer service in a regulated environment such as banking, insurance or a contact centre, the ability to work independently without close supervision and collaboratively as part of a team and experience of listening and questioning with an ability to manage challenging situations.
