This Operations Manager job has the following, but is not limited to, duties:

- Work within Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics to track and maintain the data accuracy of projects, timesheets and other project related information.
- Manage new employee and contractor onboarding to ensure proper documentation and timesheet training is conducted.
- Works with the leadership team to identify and clear obstacles, dependencies, and impediments to project success.
- Attends and contributes to twice-weekly stand-up meetings to support efficiency within the sales, marketing, and operations organization.
- Provides basic support withing company data systems to include sourcing, uploading, and data accuracy maintenance.
- Provides operational support for the team including acting as a liaison of information from sales, marketing, operations, and leadership.

**Requirements**:

- Professional experience: 1-3 years’ experience
- Experience with Salesforce, Target Recruit and Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent writing and verbal communications skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Power BI
- Life Science background is noteworthy
