**Position**:
**Building Safety Officer**

**Location: London, N4 2DR & home working**

**Salary:c£41,000 per annum (FTE)**:
**With ‘Safety First’ being one of the keys pillars of our 5-year strategic plan, we are looking for someone to support our Building Safety Manager (BSM) to ensure a high level of building safety across our stock, with the welfare of our residents, staff and other building users being the top priority.**:
**You will assist the Business Safety Manager in collating information on all of our buildings, you will monitor performance and co-ordinate inspections including FRA’s and remediation work. You will regularly liaise with the Building Safety Regulator, Fire Services and contractors.**:
**Requirements**:
**You will possess great organisational skills and will ensure that customer focus is at the heart of all we do. You will be an excellent communicator with good computer skills and desirable qualifications in the fire safety industry.**:
**It will be advantageous to hold NEBOSH General Certificate, level 3 Fire safety qualification or a NEBOSH Construction certificate or demonstrable experience, with/ or membership to the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE), The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and willing to work towards a membership with any of the following bodies CIOB, RICS, RIBS or IRPM or demonstrable experience.**

**Along with proven experience and ability to deliver excellent customer care and valuing diversity. Experience working in line with policies and procedures and implement them effectively
