**Job Overview**:
As a Front End Associate, you will be the face of our establishment, providing top-notch guest services and creating memorable experiences for our patrons. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers, handle transactions, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Assist guests in making selections and provide recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area
- Uphold food safety standards at all times
- Support kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed
- Utilize time management skills to ensure smooth operations
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience

**Qualifications**:

- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of food safety protocols
- Previous experience in culinary or hospitality roles is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong guest service orientation
- Demonstrated ability in time management

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.08-£10.48 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
