**Data and Analytics Executive**

As a data and analytics executive you will work closely with the head of data and analytics to deliver timely and accurate reporting to Dialect’s clients and assist in the ongoing maintenance and development of Dialect’s data and analytics capabilities.

In this role you’ll need to have a love of numbers and problem-solving as that is what this position requires on a constant basis. Gathering, processing, and analysing large volumes of data will be central to your role and makes up an extremely important part of one of the most vital functions of Dialect’s business. There will also be opportunities to get involved in some of the large research projects the business gets commissioned to do on a regular basis.
- **Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**_
- Data collection, processing and cleansing
- Hands-on analysis of client data, identifying patterns, insight and action from Google tools and marketing platforms
- Adhere to global quality, accuracy and independence standards for reporting, using best practice techniques, templates and processes
- Assisting with the production of campaign insights reports including audience/market/creative analysis
- Assisting with the maintenance and development of dashboards and rolling weekly/monthly reports
- Present or communicate reporting to the client. Offer opinions on potential implications and recommendations, helping clarify how to interpret the data in line with the methods used to create it
- Become known as a reliable and valuable source of information, driving a positive image of the data and analytics team to the business
- **Job Specific Skills and Attributes**_
- **Essential requirements**:_
- Must have a strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets and have worked with more advanced functions such as pivot tables, macros and VLOOKUPS
- Should have a degree in an analytical discipline such as maths, economics, statistics, finance or business - however proven analytical skills would be enough
- Should have experience working in the digital media/digital marketing industry either client side or agency
- Ability to present information in a clear and structured way, creating engaging visualisations and compelling narratives
- A curious mind-set and a desire to interrogate data
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passionate about learning and professional development
- Logical thinker
- Excellent attention to detail
- **Preferred requirements**:_
- Familiarity with a series of tools including - Google Data Studio and Google Analytics
