We are looking for a culturally-savvy Events and Marketing Executive to join Interaction.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will play a key role in shaping our company culture and driving employee engagement. You’ll also assist with creating and executing brand-building, lead-generating and internal communication strategies and the resultant campaigns

**Key Responsibilities**:
This is a fast-paced and wide-ranging role, but the key areas of your focus will be to:

- Work with the Head of Marketing to help deliver the company’s annual marketing strategy.
- Design and deliver key events, both for Interaction and in partnership with other organisations (physical and virtual)
- Drive growth and engagement across social platforms
- Execute paid social campaigns across relevant platforms - specifically LinkedIn
- Spearhead Internal Comms

**About you**

You'll probably embody Interaction’s key values of **Creativity, Curiosity **and** Commitment** and be responsible for driving these throughout the business. You'll need to be **o**utgoing**: happy to spearhead and own internal and external social events. You'll have good **initiative** and be able to follow through on tasks - gets things done on time and in a well-organised fashion. Hopefully you're a **s**trategic** thinker who can execute tactically too. With that comes being **results** orientated - be able to demonstrate commercial value through effective, integrated marketing across the entire marketing mix.

It's a really crucial role for the business - we're looking for someone who brings bags of passion, positivity and enthusiasm.

**Required experience and skills**
- Proven Marketing experience, including social
- Some event management experience
- Some background in CRM management, reporting and lead-handling processes
- Project, campaign and programme management skills
- High level of numeracy - ability to work with, analyse, and interpret data
- Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
- Copywriting and proofreading.
- Microsoft Office to a good standard: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Strong educational background - likely to include good degree (2:1 or above)
