**Recruitment / HR Coordinator**
Salary up to £27,500 - dependent on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday: 09.00 - 17.00
Our client is a key player in the international market and global player. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment / HR Coordinator to join a professional and friendly team.
**Job purpose: Recruitment/HR Coordinator**
To support the recruitment/HR team with all recruitment and onboarding procedures, including advertising, setting up interviews and processing reference checks and issuing electronic documentation. To support the recruitment/HR team by providing fast paced administrative support, with the opportunity to support and work on various Recruitment and HR related projects.
**Duties & Responsibilities: Recruitment / HR Coordinator**
- Update job descriptions when necessary
- Draft and post job adverts on a variety of media including company website, job boards and LinkedIn
- Shortlist and review CVs and advise Hiring Managers on selection criteria
- Working with hiring managers to arrange interviews and use assessment tools
- Ensure smooth transition from ending of the recruiting process to the on-boarding of new employee
- Manage the Employee Referral Programme
- Complete salary benchmarking where required working with Global reward team
- Administer and maintain the e-Recruitment system
- Maintain recruitment records and files
- Report on recruitment activities to Recruitment Advisor or relevant HRBP
- Responsible for post in HR Coordinator absence
- Updating systems and updating HR tracker when needed for ad hoc cover
- HR filing/e-filing
- Sending out first aid letters
- Responsible for sending on-boarding gifts on a weekly basis
- Involved in referencing for new starters
- Cover for HR Coordinator and HR Response inbox
- Manage the employee Lifeworks perks app benefit
- Manage wellbeing committee
**Skills / Experience: Recruitment / HR Coordinator**
- Previous experience in working within an HR environment as an established and successful recruiter. Agency recruitment experience highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of shortlisting CVs is essential.
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact with colleagues at all levels providing technical and commercial advice and support in relation to forthcoming vacancies.
- Proven ability to demonstrate knowledge across the end to end recruitment spectrum.
- Social Networking knowledge and experience - essential.
- Experience with recruitment compliance and DBS - essential.
- Employer branding and sourcing strategies experience.
- Strong administration skills.
- Competency based interview skills.
- Experience in telephone interviews.
