**Internal Recruiter - Whitbread - Dunstable (12 Month Maternity Cover)**

As the recruiting expert, you'll be at the forefront of the resourcing team, scouting for talent to join our Support Centre. Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, you'll have the opportunity to partner with our Head Office functions, ensuring that only the best and brightest are brought on board. Talent Acquisition will be your specialism, and you will thrive on developing relationships with internal and external talent.

You will source for the best talent through our recruitment tools, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to build top-performing teams. This is your chance to make a real impact and drive our organization's growth

**Salary**:
£40,000 - £50,000

**Location**:
Whitbread Court, Dunstable, LU5 5XE. We offer flexible working and require you to be in the office at least 2 days per week.

**What you’ll do**:

- Proactively identify and deliver opportunities to promote opportunities both internally and externally.
- Head-hunting through our networks (LinkedIn, indeed, Databases and your own Network)
- Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish.

**What We Need**:

- Internal/recruitment experience - ideally within a large complex organisation
- Experience of using data to influence the hiring processes and decision making.
