Set in the beautiful city centre of Bath, Dukes, with its traditional vibe offers our guests the chance to stay at one of the city’s most prestigious street addresses. This beautiful boutique seventeen-bedroom Bath Guest House occupies two magnificent Georgian Townhouses on Great Pulteney Street, one of the finest boulevards in England.

**As Receptionist what you’ll be doing**
- Working a variety of weekend and week day shifts you will be the personality our guests experience on arrival and departure
- Take care of the finer detail with check ins, check outs, preparing bills and taking payments
- Show our guests we care throughout their stay by answering queries and resolving issues
- Show off your knowledge of our hotel and all it has to offer so you can help our guests and perhaps offer a little upsell too
