An exciting opportunity has arisen as a Band 7, Senior Sister on the Urology and Gynaecology Ward here at Royal Stoke Hospital.
You will be a role model for staff and ensure all grades are supported in their work. You will have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and have high clinical standards and the ability to lead a team. You must be able to set clear direction and be collaborative in your approach.
Working in line with the Trust Values and People Strategy is essential.
