**Lettings Negotiator -Deptford-£30,000 - £35,000 OTE**

**Lettings Negotiator Package Overview**:

- £20,000 - £24,000 basic salary, highly competitive OTE
- Full-Time, Permanent, 5 days to be worked per week, two Saturdays per month with a day off the following week.

Due to a recent success our client is looking for an ambitious Trainee Lettings Negotiator who has a drive to succeed as well as a passion for customer service. Ideally you will be working successfully in a customer service/sales role.

**Lettings Negotiator Role and Responsibilities**:

- Work towards set targets.
- Accompany viewings.
- Dealing with enquiries.
- Booking appointments.
- General Office Administration.
**Skills and Experience required**:

- You will have the excellent ability to build rapport.
- You will enjoy working towards targets.
- You will have good listening skills.
- You will be resilient & self-motivated.
You will also have a full UK driving licence with access to a car.
