**Basic salary £25-32,000 depending on experience £30/35,000 OTE**

My client, an independent **Estate Agency** are looking for a **Property Manager** to add to the team. You will ideally need a minimum of **1 years+** Property Management experience to be considered. They are looking for hard working **Property Manager** who is ambitious, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.

As a Property Manager your role will be as follows:

- Managing a property portfolio of private residential tenancies throughout South East London and Kent
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors
- Liaising with lettings negotiators across the branch network
- Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
- Preparing tenancy agreements and statutory notices
- Carrying out property inspections and reporting to landlords
- Pursuing outstanding monthly rental payments
- Negotiating terms of tenancy renewals
- Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
- Handling tenancy deposit returns
- Recovery of rent arrears
- Service of notices, S21 and S8

The individual will have:

- Ideally experience of managing a portfolio of residential property
- Excellent telephone manner
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
- The ability to work under pressure
- Proven customer service skills.
- Strong problem solving skills and be able to work on own initiative
- Competent knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite would be helpful
- Professional approach and appearance

- **This role is 5 days a week 8.30am - 6pm to inclulde saturdays on a rota 9am - 3pm with a day off in lieu.**_
