**The newly created Credit Controller will be key part of this Finance team for a rapidly growing Media Firm are paying £30 ,000 to £35,000 and operate on a hybrid model of days a 2 week in the office based in Hatton Garden (EC1)**
**Role**
This Credit Control Role for the Media Firm based in Hatton Garden (EC1). Will help the FC build the finance function, put processes in place and refine existing one. Please find the outline of the Role below.
- Post daily bank and credit card receipts and allocation to invoices.
- Clear unmatched receipts, reconcile customer accounts and manage AR ledger for selected entities.
- Complete customer credit vetting and verification in line with internally established timeline.
- Monitor Salesforce invoice processing queue to ensure sales invoices are processing as expected and raise customer credit notes when necessary.
- Liaise with the Sales team to ensure working AR practices and policies are adhered to
- Work towards set monthly collection targets to reduce debtor balance and days receivables are outstanding
- Review all activity including aged debt, payment of collectable accounts, uncollectable accounts, disputes and resolutions

The Credit Control role for this Media Firm based In Hatton Garden (EC1) are ideally looking for.
- Someone with at 4 year's experience within a similar role
- Someone who's able to start before 1st March 2023- as role is a 14 Month FTC
- Someone with experience with Multi currency
- Pounds, Euros, Dollars

Media firm is very flexible and does reward good work and discretionary effort dueto the face paced nature. The reason for the role is because someone is going on maternity leave and the role is a 14-month FTC. The Media firm are also going through a rapid growth period and this role is due to growth. The Media firm currently are a smallbusiness which are looking to add to their rapidly growing team.
