We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our local Estate Agents. We are looking to recruit a Property Administrator to provide support to the Sales and Lettings team based in our friendly Inverness office on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the job:

- General daily administration duties as required by an estate agents office
- Dealing with all types of customer enquiries
- Arranging appointments for the office
- Booking and Carrying out Viewings
- Social Media Postings
- Diary management
- Liaise with purchasers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors and all other parties involved in the house buying /letting process.
- Using our software systems
- Confident communicator
- Experience in a similar role
- Administration experience
- Telephone experience
- Customer service skills
- IT skills
- Driving license essential

Monday to Friday 9-5

**Salary**: To be discussed - flexible depending on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
