Are you a creative and talented Marketing Executive who wishes to take on an exciting and varied role, with the responsibility of implementing an ambitious marketing strategy?

We are a long-established brand that designs and manufactures vending machines that dispense hot drinks, snacks, bottles and confectionery. The company also remanufactures machines to provide a "second life" and support the environment.

You will work closely with the Senior team and Sales team to take the existing marketing strategy, and implement it in order to grow our brand reach and visibility, as well as using a full range of marketing channels to deliver leads into the business.

You will bring your energy, self-motivation and common sense to this role, and be able to turn your hand to the full marketing mix; as well as a desire to get creative with copywriting, design and photography.

This role is crucial to support business results, and you will need to immediately demonstrate your practical marketing skills in the role, in both traditional and digital marketing techniques, and hit the ground running. You should also be willing to developtheir skills further, which we are committed to supporting.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Overall guardian of our brand; ensuring it is always represented appropriately to our audience in all communication channels.
- Managing the company’s online presence on Social Media; creating a social media plan that will show the business value to our ideal audience, and improving core metrics over time.
- Delivery of marketing campaigns that exist to create leads for the business.
- Ongoing development of the company’s marketing messages to ensure we appeal to our core target audience.
- Full marketing administration support; including communications with staff, directors, prospects, clients, suppliers and other key external parties.
- Production of marketing materials, including pre
- and post-sales materials - and the design and production.
- Copywriting capability for all online and offline communications.
- Planning and management any events/exhibitions; allowing the business to be positioned as a leader in the industry.
- Carrying out market research to inform the marketing programme and development of our product and service offering.
- Management and updating of the company website, including SEO and production of fresh valuable content, using WordPress.
- Other Marketing and Business Development duties that are required to help achieve the business’s growth objectives.

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- A thorough understanding of the fundamental principles of marketing with at least 3 years of previous experience in a marketing role.
- Confident communication skills (written and verbal) with strong grammar.
- Incredibly well organised and methodical with a natural ability to manage time, manage stakeholders and meet deadlines that have been committed to.
- Ability to build strong working relationships, both internally and externally.
- Fully computer literate with an enthusiasm for social media.
- Experience of using marketing tools such as CRM systems, social media scheduling platforms, and such like.
- A creative person, that wants to see ideas come to fruition
- A completer-finisher, who enjoys seeing their work through to completion.
- A fast learner with a desire and willingness to learn more to get better results and outcomes.
- A results-focused team player who is adaptable, supportive and an attitude of wanted to get the best outcomes.
- Ability to lead a marketing plan.
- A desire to develop and grow your experience and knowledge in an expanding and growing business with a great range of new and innovative products

**What will your role as a Marketing Executive look like?**
