The Position: We are looking for an Trainee Lettings Consultant

This will include training and development for lettings and customer service in the Lettings Agency sector.

We also offer a clear and achievable career progression ladder, with a friendly working atmosphere.

Training to get your Propertymark Arla Qualification

Requirements:

- Personality to handle all types of characters and personnel.
- Valid driving license & own vehicle suitable for work purposes.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Strong admin & timekeeping ability.
- Keen eye for details
- Clean & professional appearance.
- Experience not essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Office Administration of properties, tenants and landlords.
- Carryout & book viewings/valuations.
- Taking part in viewings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £14,000.00 per year
