**Your role as Senior Strategy & Digital Transformation Consultant**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage workstreams on consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business challenges, providing strategic insights, and delivering value-driven solutions.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to help clients leverage technology for business improvement.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Develop actionable recommendations and strategic plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables, reports, and presentations to clients.
- Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposal development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategy consulting and digital transformation.
- Master's degree in business, management, or a related field.
- 4-6 years experience at a top-tier consulting firm, with a focus on digital and/or tech transformation.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional value.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
