A fantastic charity in Oxford is looking for a Training Co-ordinator to join them to take on a new project.
**Your new company**
This charity is deep rooted in Oxfordshire's history and does incredible work for the local community day to day. The organisation is looking for someone to join them as a Training Co-ordinator to pick up a new project they've taken ownership of.
**Your new role**
This is a really exciting project. The organisation has taken on a project which will involve the day to day coordination of training projects across the charity community. You will engage with Trainers and Students alike and work alongside the marketing teamto ensure this community is engaged and continues to grow.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have great administrative and customer service skills but most importantly you will have a passion for charity work. Ideally you will have worked in a role previously which has given you exposure to coordinating a number of spinning plates.
**What you'll get in return**
You will receive a salary between £28,000 - £30,000 alongside a benefits package. The company are currently working on a hybrid working policy of 2-3 days in the office and the rest worked from home.
