Write and prepare reports for senior colleagues. Attend staff meetings as needed. Complete Request to Recruits, Position Change Forms, Establishment Control Forms, and Salary Variation Forms.

Support the Programme Director and SROs of the workstreams to complete and Programme Papers, risk logs and highlight reports. Manage the administrative component of the recruitment process including job adverts, organising the interview panel and overseeing the non-clinical aspect of induction for new starters, i.e. IT access, equipment needs, passes.
