To contribute to our continuing success, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team. The position is full-time office based, where you will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your Accounts experience whilst learning and developing your skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Inputting invoices onto Sage 50
- Data entry ensuring a high level of accuracy
- Weekly payroll using Sage 50
- Speaking with clients/suppliers over the phone to discuss queries
- General clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing
- Handle requests for information and data
- Ad hoc tasks as required

Qualifications and Experience:

- Level 2 AAT or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in an Accounts team is essential
- Experience using Sage 50 is desirable
- IT proficient, predominantly Excel

**Salary**: Negotiable depending on experience

Start date: Ideally ASAP

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 8:00am - 5:00pm.
