**The College**
**The Role**
As part of our team, you will have the chance to help shape the ongoing evolution of our undergraduate Musical Theatre program and promote cutting-edge industry practices. You will be instrumental in promoting an inclusive and diverse environment and establishing supportive and empowering spaces for education.
As an essential member of our teaching team, you will facilitate the delivery of our course in a manner that empowers students to flourish and grow. You will inspire them to actively engage with the industry and reflect on their place within it.
You will play an active role in our recruitment initiatives by assisting with Open Day events and conducting auditions for potential students.
In addition to teaching, you will have the chance to create and oversee unique assessments, supervise, and assist with research in the field of Performing Arts, and leverage your industry connections to improve the job prospects of our graduates.
**The Person**
We seek a highly skilled and versatile individual committed to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for our diverse student body to join our team and deliver modules on our BA (Hons) Musical Theatre course. You may teach singing, Musical Theatre repertoire, and acting through song while also contributing to developing and delivering our undergraduate provision.
Your high level of musical proficiency, including the ability to read music and play the piano to a high standard, will be essential for delivering engaging and effective musical theatre classes.
