**About the Admin and Customer Services Assistant Role**

We are looking for a confident and professional individual to work as part of our Installations Admin team who organises the installation/delivery/servicing for customers and provide high standards of customer service:

- Offering excellent service to our customers both internally and externally;
- Taking inbound and making outbound telephone calls to customers providing support and information regarding their order status;
- Order processing and coding;
- Liaising with other departments and with 3rd party companies;
- Handling and resolving customer complaints;
- Communication and coordination with internal departments;
- Liaising with our internal installation teams and 3rd party field-based installers;
- Using our IT systems for routing orders, monitoring the work done by our teams, as well as monitoring vehicle maintenance schedules etc;
- Hours of work are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. Potentially a need to work the occasion weekend.

**We’re looking for applicants with**
- Must be able to work in a pressurised environment with experience of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Be a team player;
- Have excellent attention to detail;
- Computer literate including excel, word and outlook;
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and flexibility required;
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Professional and friendly telephone manner;
- Experience of routing and scheduling would be an advantage;
- Experience of working in a Logistics Department would be an advantage.

**What you’ll get in return**:
