**What you will be doing within the role**:

- Registering Buyers
- Booking and confirming viewings
- Viewing follow up calls
- Creating/referring mortgage leads to specified broker
- Creating new business opportunities
- Making calls from advertisements
- Managing the CRM system - Nurture
- Managing entries onto social media platforms
- Creating letters through Homesearch
- Setting up customer journey systems to automate
- Using dataloft information to send to clients/database

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
