We are looking for a motivated professional with proven experience in influencer marketing preferably with working knowledge in entertainment

**Your role within our kingdom**:
You will support and lead creator marketing campaigns alongside the Senior Social & Creator Strategist to engage new and retain existing players through innovative, industry
- leading work

As well as this, you will integrate yourself with our wider paid teams together with our external agency partners to ensure campaigns are being delivered on time and with connected messaging, look and feel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support and be responsible for the development and execution of creator strategies alongside the team
- Be the gatekeeper of daily documents and internal tracking tools
- To have a strategic mind and join the dots between campaigns so that content on owned, earned and creator channels fit together consistently
- Use insights to develop creative solutions and validate thinking
- Activate excellently from beginning to end making sure teams are looped in and gathering feedback where vital
- Experience working with Creator landscape and culture as well as data points to validate success
- Work closely with internal teams and agency partners on campaign reporting to garner insights and findings for future activations

**Skills to build thrills**:

- Consistent track record of working in creator marketing across gaming and/or entertainment brands or digital/social media agencies
- Broad knowledge of the US creator market, with experience working with US talent
- Relevant experience of working across different departments with product, marketing, creative, partnerships and PR
- Strong understanding of the social media and content ecosystem, trends and formats
- A strong belief in collaborating openly with team members
- Strong editorial judgment and taking into account tone of voice, wider culture and social trends
- Experience in content production and handling external agencies including briefing
- High level of resilience with solution mentality in a fast paced environment
- Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot issues and problem
- solve
- Excellent communication, presentation and deck building skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally across all levels, including external agencies
- Ability to lead multiple projects and priorities, delivering in a fast
- paced environment, whilst keeping a calm head
- A self
- starter with an enterprising approach
