We are looking for an experienced **Data Coordinator**to join the Human Resources team at Stannah.

As the Data Coordinator, you will support the HR team with reports, which includes headcount reports, sickness absence data, recruitment reports and other ad hoc HR reports.

You will act as the main point of contact for reporting for the HR Team, working alongside the HR Business Partners and Group HR Director to maintain dashboards and advise on insights and trends.

The reports are set up and would require maintenance over 12 months whilst the existing role holder is on maternity leave. Other similar roles include HR Analyst, Data administrator or HR systems coordinator.

This role would suit an HR professional at any stage of their career, looking for a chance to work within a varied HR team within a manufacturing and engineering business. We can offer a supportive environment, with opportunities to professionally develop further skills with LinkedIn Learning.

Stannah is going to be implementing a new HRIS therefore it is an exciting time to join the team, even on a fixed term

Exposure to HR would be an advantage, to be able to interpret the data pro actively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the HR team, to collect and analyse data to help support case management activities
- Support Group HR Director with creating and owning monthly HR/KPI Metrics
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with Equality & Diversity Reporting
- Analyse recruitment market data from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job board channels
- Report on Early Careers data for Apprentices and Trainees
- Support the Training, Learning and Development team with Compliance Training reporting
- Support the HR team with employee survey data
- Support HR and business activities including Gender Pay Gap Reporting, Success Planning, Employee Turnover and Reward analytics.

**Requirements**:

- A Degree or equivalent is desirable
