**Overview / Responsibilities**:
You will be recruiting for our Process and Energy Business Unit which currently has some of the most diverse work within the region. Our current portfolio includes green hydrogen and fuel switching, as well as supporting local clients with energy transition. Additionally, we work on UK refineries, petrochemical facilities, fine chemicals and pharmaceutical facilities. We have a number of clients who we are working with to design their pilot plants to test exciting new technologies, with a view to partnering with them as they move to design and build full scale commercial facilities.

**Overview**:
Responsibility for managing resourcing delivery for a particular function/specialism/business area, working with Hiring Managers to fulfil current and future resource requirements
Attend relevant resource meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on vacancy progress, discuss assessment outcomes and obtain resourcing lookahead
Identify and recommend most effective assessment method for particular role/specialism and effectively utilise tools available
Proactive in obtaining accurate forecast data and developing and maintaining a pipeline of suitably qualified and available talent for current and future projects

Provides feedback from particular business area on aspects of the resourcing process requiring improvement or elements that are particularly effective.
Ensures consistent alignment to company values and behaviours
