**This role is a hybrid working role with three days per week in our Nottingham Head Office.**

- Experience within Retail Recrutiment is beneficial, however not deal breaker.
- A natural team player - You will have your core area to focus on, however we are one team and support one another when needed
- Some experience in a ‘Partnering’ or ‘Business Partner’ type role would be beneficial to proactively engage with hiring managers opposed to transactional recruitment
- Brings a natural curiosity and fresh perspective to the role, fostering an innovative approach to recruitment strategies, ensuring we stay ahead in the ever-evolving world of talent acquisition
- Manage tasks with finesse even in the fast-paced recruitment environment, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle responsibilities effectively
- Not being afraid of KPI’s - We’re not heavily KPI driven, however we are adopting new focusses on data and our impact on the business so an eye on delivery is key
