**HR Business Partner - Kubrick Group**

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growth and successful next generation technology consultancy firm, which was recently ranked #2 in the Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100, in a newly created HR Business Partner role reporting to theHead of HR in which you will help build and support the growing HR function.

**What will you do?**

This is a newly created and very varied role, which encompasses all aspects of HR, from the transactional to the strategic, across the full employee life cycle. You will be part of a small, high performing HR team, working closely with the Head of HR, theHead of DEI and the HR Director. We have exciting plans to scale our business and build our HR processes. DEI is at the heart of our business and in this role you will provide support and challenge to our leaders to ensure that our policies, processes andculture reflect our values. The HR ambition is to create a culture in which our exceptional people can accelerate their careers and be their best every day.

The core purpose of this role is to create an engaging and efficient employee and manager experience across the business.

**Here are some of the exciting things that you’ll be involved with**:

- Providing coaching and guidance to different teams across the business
- Leading and delivering on a range of varied global HR projects across the UK and US (travel to the US is an option but not a prerequisite of this role)
- Setting up the HR systems and processes that will enable the business to scale, focusing on user experience and the design and reporting of people-related management information
- Designing and implementing new processes including onboarding and offboarding approaches
- Collaborating and supporting on our ambitious DEI plans alongside our Head of DEI
- Ensuring that our people policies reflect our EVP and are in line with legislation; make recommendations on and develop new policies
- Educating and providing guidance to line managers on HR processes, procedures and policies (e.g. performance review cycle, talent reviews, pay reviews, etc.)
- Working with our Talent Acquisition team on HQ hiring, advising on best practice selection, and supporting line managers on senior hiring decisions.

**What will we need from you?**
- Previous HR experience with sole responsibility for your own client area in an HR Advisor/Business Partner role
- Experience of providing HR expertise and guidance across the full employee lifecycle
- Employment law knowledge
- Ability to provide advice and guidance to line managers and employees on a wide range of people-related queries
- Reward - previous experience of reward schemes for different roles/levels
- Talent management - running talent forums and talent discussions
- Coaching - providing 1-1 coaching to line managers and individuals
- HR KPI reporting and measurement - understanding how to define appropriate people KPIs and how to use analysis to determine the effectiveness of people interventions
- L&D - Involvement in the design/delivery of people development programmes and analysis of effectiveness
- Involvement in onboarding processes
- Experience working in an organisation with best practice HR - you know what a good HR function looks like
- Familiar with data analysis and using data to drive business decisions

- Self-motivated and passionate about what you do
- Comfortable with change and pace and juggling multiple responsibilities
