**Duties**:
- Vehicle maintenance planning.
- Ensure all vehicles are operated in a roadworthy condition.
- Responsible for a team of HGV/Trailer Technicians; leading, motivating and supporting them to work to a high standard.
- Responsible for people and performance management of the team including time and attendance.
- Responsible for the daily control of the workshop in order to maintain a high level of productivity and quality repair
- Maintain & Audit maintenance records & ensure they are kept for 15 months.
- Oversee vehicle scheduling
**Requirements**:
- HGV (Cat C & C+E) License (required)
- Vastly experienced Automotive Mechanical experience (required)
- Management experience (desirable)
**Salary**:
£43,000 - £47,000 + (also negotiable via interview depending on experience) working Mon-Fri (also Saturday morning), plus extensive benefits and career progression opportunities.
