**Twilight Distribution Team Member - Administrator**

**Permanent - (Monday - Friday, 17:00 - 23:00)**

**About the Role**

We are currently recruiting for a **Twilight Distribution Team Member **to support the delivery of the night function.

**Shifts**

**What you’ll be doing**

**Administration**:

- Processing orders.
- Assigning orders to the allocated routes.
- Preparing paperwork for deliveries.
- Collating information on errors and discrepancies.
- Reporting data collected to management.
- Investigating stock discrepancies.
- Maintaining rota’s.
- Maintaining distribution office supplies.

**Warehouse**:

- Accurately picking and packing orders for dispatch.
- Assisting with stock takes.

**About you**
- You'll have previous administrative experience.
- You will need a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- You will need to be adaptable and flexible to suit business needs.
- You'll be creative in thinking of new and efficient ways of working.
- You will have strong time-management and organisation skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alcester, Warwickshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
