**Administrator - East Ayrshire - Permanent - £12-13 per hour**
Are you an experienced administrator or customer service professional looking for a full-time role? Are you an excellent communicator with the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines?

We are looking for team-focused individuals who are not afraid to offer valuable input, You will have a passion for customers and take pride in the development of new skills. You are confident in the use of modern technology and have a good eye for detail.
**What are the day-to-day responsibilities?**
- Checking new orders daily
- Maintain communication between the customer and business until order has been completed
- Liaising with clients on project orders, and keeping to SLA’s
- Liaising with internal stake holders on specific requirements for projects
- Uploading orders on to internal system
- Communicating with warehouse team and maintaining stock levels of key production materials
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Arranging shipping and packaging for sold items, and providing tracking details for the customer
**Who are we looking for?**
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in a customer focused role
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Previous administration experience is desirable
