**Main Responsibilities**:

- Data entry onto finance system (Xero) maintaining an efficient, accurate electronic filing and archiving system in compliance with GDPR.
- Filing, photocopying and scanning
- Processing financial transactions
- Assisting the Finance Manager with auditing, end of month and year end accounting.

**Experience/Skills**:

- Previous experience in a Finance administrator role or similar a benefit.
- min 1 years experience in admin role - essential
- Proficiency with MS Office packages, Excel etc
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

Pay: £23,400.00-£26,665.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dunkeld: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Finance: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (required)
