Job Purpose

To support the investment process and centralised investment propositions working with key internal stakeholders. The role will primarily support the inputs and decision-making bodies within the firm as well as helping with the dissemination of information to the wider business by facilitating update calls, presentations, and intranet documents

Key Responsibilities
- Organise oversight and decision-making meetings for the key investment process and central proposition groups, including logistics and pack preparations
- Support meetings of key investment process and central propositions, to include taking minutes, general administration and managing action trackers
- Arrange Teams calls, and record CPD, for internal stakeholders (daily, weekly and monthly, as well as ad-hoc)
- Manage recordings and uploads for the investment intranet
- Support logistics and expenses claims relating to investment process business as needed
- Assist with the templating, formatting, and proof-reading of presentations, internal communications and articles
- Maintain and manage personnel, distribution and access lists in internal systems
- Follow due processes to maintain and manage approved investment lists
- Additional project work as needed

Key Skills and Experience
- Proficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and be flexible in order to meet business needs
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint (though no development skill is required).
- A basic understanding of investment concepts and language would be an advantage

**Qualifications**
Professional Qualifications and Education

Excellent standard of education ideally degree qualified but not essential.

A desire to further develop and to undertake relevant examinations
