The successful applicant will have great organisational skills, a strong work ethic, and be a true team player.

**Key Responsibilities**

The role will involve assisting in the administration and management of a caseload including duties such as:

- Updating information on our case management and client systems
- Processing payments that are received in accordance with agreed procedures
- Handing telephone calls to and from third parties
- Preparing documents from templates and guides
- To monitor diary dates and ensure that deadlines are met.
- General administrative tasks as requested e.g. photocopying, filing etc.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills
- Flexible in the face of changing workloads and priorities
- Ability to plan and prioritise workloads
- Strong IT skills including MS Office
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Organised and able to work effectively under within a process driven environment
- Effectively work within a team

**Qualifications required**

GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 9-4/A*-C or above) Essential

GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 9-4/A*-C or above) Essential

**The training you will be getting**

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:
Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)

Blended on / off the job training and location to be confirmed
