The Westgate Cocktail Bar is seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Cocktail Bartenders on a part-time basis. We don't require any previous bar experience, as we provide comprehensive training in-house. As a bartender at our establishment, you will be responsible for creating and serving a wide range of classic and innovative cocktails to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Mixing and serving cocktails to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Taking orders and making recommendations to guests.
- Keeping the bar area clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Preparing garnishes and maintaining a high level of presentation for all drinks.
- Maintaining an excellent knowledge of our drinks menu and being able to make recommendations to guests.
- Ensuring the bar area complies with all health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- A genuine interest in cocktails and a willingness to learn.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in relation to bar operations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
