We are re-opening ou ‘Beach Bar’ style rum garden for the summer season and are looking for staff to tend bar at the hottest ticket in town. We are looking for two fun, bubbly cocktail bartenders with part time and full time hours available. Rum will be the focus here, with frozen cocktails, pitchers of rum punch a plenty and a wicked good happy hour on mojitos and frozen daiquiris.

You must have bags of personality, be the life and soul of the party and not be shy to strut your stuff in a bar that will be the centre of attention within the soace. There will be Cuban food served which will be ordered at the bar, dining tables in the best sun trap in altrincham and a couple of rum pong tables on our very own beach.

We really do aspire that this is the best bar of the summer and it will be down to the staff to make that dream a reality.

You will have a passion for all things drinks, know classic cocktails like the back of your hand but also be able to put on a show with an exciting premium list of signature serves. If not you’ll have the personality to wing it and still come across as the best bartender the world did ever see. A basic food knowledge is also desirable as you will be interacting with dining guests at the bar also however full menu training will be given.

The wage is upto £12 per hour if you have that wow factor with set days off and a consistent working pattern (if the weather is terrible you can pick up shifts in our pub bar in The Stamford next door ) 100% of tips and service charge will also be shared fairly and transparently amongst staff based on an hours worked system.

The bar will launch towards the start of May and will run through to September. Permanent winter work for the right characters will also be found in the pub or cocktail bar Ugly Duckling if you do want to stay on past the summer.

Pay: Up to £12.00 per hour
